Who I am

This site, sophialiyoga.com, is run by Sophia Li. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit the site or sign up for my emails, and how I use it.

What I collect

When you sign up for a program or my newsletter, you give me your first name and email address. When you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you write in your message.

Like most websites, the site also collects basic usage data, such as pages visited and device type, through Google Analytics.

How I use it

I use your information to send you the classes you signed up for, send occasional emails with tips and new programs, reply to your messages, and understand how the site is used so I can make it better.

Who I share it with

I never sell or rent your information. I use a few trusted services to run things: Kit, which sends my emails and stores your name and email; Netlify, which hosts this website; and Google Analytics. My classes are on YouTube, which has its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics cookies to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are visited. It doesn't use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also ask me to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you by writing to hello@sophialiyoga.com. Depending on where you live, such as California, the EU, or the UK, you may have additional rights, and I'll honor those requests.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, I'll change the date at the top of this page.
