My Story

I took my first yoga class in college and quickly fell in love with how grounded and clear I felt after each class. What started as movement became a deeper practice that supported me through every season of life.

Now, after 10+ years of practice, I share yoga both in studio and online. My classes are designed to help you build strength, mobility, and resilience while feeling more connected to yourself through movement.
