What to Expect

  • A welcoming space to learn, refine your practice, and move at your own pace.
  • Bring a mat, water, and anything you feel comfortable moving in.
  • Arrive a few minutes early, as doors lock at the start of class.
  • Expect a 60-minute power yoga class where we move with the breath.
  • Class typically includes a steady warm-up, dynamic breath-led movements with twists, balance, strength work, backbends, and closes with intentional rest.
